Each cylinder goes through an extensive inspection • RMS will complete a repair scope based on inspection results to bring the cylinder to zero-hour condition • RMS can also offer replacement cylinders if needed
PISTON AND
ROD REPAIR
Perform full inspection and NDT • Polish and hone packing area • Manufacture and Install new riders and rings • Re-assemble with proper torque and lubrication • Prep for long-term storage or for immediate installation
COMPRESSOR FRAME AND RUNNING GEAR
Crankcase main bearing bore and crosshead guide repair • Connecting rod clipping and re-boring • Crosshead pin bushing repair • Crosshead slipper rebabbitting • Crankshaft Rebuild using chroming and or thermal coating
