BETHLEHEM, PA — October 18, 2021 — Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS) today announced the acquisition of Axis Technical Services (ATS).
This acquisition brings the skills, expert personnel and longstanding customer relationships of ATS into the RMS portfolio of aftermarket upgrades, repair, maintenance and rebuilding / overhaul services for large, highly engineered rotating machinery. ATS and RMS have worked alongside each other for years. The combination of the two businesses should be seamless and deliver the excellent customer service and innovative equipment solutions that customers have grown to expect from both ATS and RMS.

Garrett Lee, president of ATS will serve as the Vice President of Field Services in the combined RMS/ATS organization.
