RMS Acquires Fusion, Inc. Expanding its Service Offering to include Precision Grinding, Laser Cladding & Thermal Spray Coatings
Rotating Machinery Services (RMS), a premier provider of aftermarket solutions for critical rotating equipment, is excited to announce the acquisition of Fusion Inc., a Houston-based precision grinding and thermal spray coating company specializing in tight-tolerance grinding, CNC and manual machining, laser cladding, and wear-resistant coating applications.
This acquisition significantly expands RMS’s vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, enhancing its ability to control quality, cost, and lead time across the full lifecycle of turbomachinery overhauls. Fusion’s in-house expertise will immediately support RMS’s overhaul and repair of steam turbines, expanders, compressors, and other high-performance rotating equipment.
